Q. Can I use HASEGAWA products in a dishwasher?
- A. Yes, all items except the Soft Mat and the Cutting Board Scraper are dishwasher safe.
Q. How can I remove stains from the cutting boards?
- A. For cutting boards (FSR, FRK, FSB, FPE series), please refer to the information below.

Q. Can I use Cutting Board Scraper for all HASEGAWA cutting boards?
- A. You can use this scraper when stains remain after washing and bleaching is necessary. However, please note that on our black cutting board (Pro-PE Lite/Black), as abrasions from the scraper may be more noticeable.
Q. I am worried about Microplastics. Are your products safe?
- Our products are made of plastic, but based on current scientific knowledge, they are safe to use.

Q. Could you tell me more about the World Sushi Cup?
- A. The World Sushi Cup JAPAN is an international competition held annually in Japan, where non-Japanese sushi chefs from around the world compete to be recognized as the world’s best foreign sushi chef. We have been supporting the World Sushi Cup JAPAN since its very first event in 2013. Also, the president of HASEGAWA is a board member of WSSI which is the organizer of the World Sushi Cup.

Q. I am interested in becoming a retailer in my country. How can I start?
- A. Thank you for your interest in becoming a Hasegawa retailer.
We already have many retailers around the world, and we are currently not actively looking for new ones. However, the market is not completely saturated, so depending on your region and business model, there may still be opportunities to work with us. Please note that we do not do business with retailers who sell our products on shopping platforms such as Amazon. Retailers with other sales channels are welcome to contact us.
